WILL IT FIT ME?
How to shop glasses online
FIND YOUR PERFECT GLASSES
Learn how to choose a perfect fit when shopping for glasses online.
1. WHAT IS MY FRAME SIZE?
Frame size is among the most important features when buying glasses, and it becomes even more important when doing so online. Luckily, it is not as difficult as it might seem from the first sight. If you already own a pair of glasses, have a look at their temples – each of it has a set of printed information, containing three figures in millimeters. Let's see what they mean.
47 – The width of the lens at the widest point horizontally.
Usually ranges from 40 to 60.
19 – The length of the gap between the lenses above your nose, known as the bridge.
Ranges from 14 to 24.
140 – The length of the temple.
Typically standartized – 135, 140 or 145.
